The Ice Cream Man project (update 23/12/2015)

A little bit of progress, before a kreesmuss break. I've attempted a stone-like color scheme for the glyphs, after unsuccessful tests of gold NMM. It's been quite of a nightmare to try and achieve a reasonable result, keeping the details and the contours. Far from perfect, but good enough as compared to the rest of the truck.

Ork Runtherd oldie (17-12-2015)

Small update. I've mostly focused around the abdomen: jacket, shoulder pads and details. It's mostly dirty I must say, but I will keep it like that and put more effort on the larger and more visible areas. If I can keep the pace as it is, it may be over at the end of next weekend. Let's be optimistic!

Ork Runtherd oldie (13-12-2015)

Progressing slowly, but progressing, at least. I did the skin , the yellow cloth on the legs/arms, the inside of the shoulder pads plus 2/3 other smaller details. It's a bit chaotic and not the smoothest paint job ever, but I like it somehow. I think I'll stick to this "warm brown"-based color scheme.

Step by step: paint markings on concrete

Here's a step-by-step about a way to integrate paint markings on a concrete-like surface. The base will be used for the ork oldie in progress.

Nothing expensive or unusual to be used in this step-by-step: only paper, brushes and foam from a miniature blister.

The Ice Cream Man project (update 02/12/2015)

Bad picture of the progress. I'm done with most of the big logo; the black lining of the text and of the outer contour still need to be finalized. Then it'll be the small pink logo, and finally some cleaning around the tags. It's moving!
